Abstract
L'invention concerne un réservoir sous pression conçu pour stocker des substances gazeuses sous pression. Ce réservoir sous pression est constitué d'un tuyau à soudure longitudinale qui est fermé au niveau de ses deux extrémités et comprend, à au moins une extrémité, une ouverture de remplissage et d'évacuation. Selon l'invention, ce tuyau à soudure longitudinale (1, 2), qui a été produit selon le procédé UOE, présente un diamètre >/= 508 mm et une limite apparente d'élasticité minimale >/= X 70. Les extrémités ouvertes de ce tuyau sont reliées à des pièces bridées convexes (4, 5) et sont fermées hermétiquement par celles-ci. Le réservoir sous pression selon l'invention est conçu pour une pression de remplissage minimale de 200 bars à température ambiante. Une pièce bridée (5) est pourvue de ladite ouverture de remplissage et d'évacuation. Le cordon de soudure longitudinal du tuyau (1, 2) ainsi que les autres cordons de soudure de liaison (3, 6, 7) sont configurés pour présenter la limite d'endurance à la fatigue maximale par rapport à des amplitudes de charge élevées.
