Abstract

L'invention concerne quatre séquences d'acides nucléiques et d'aminoacides pleine longueur destinées à des récepteurs détectant les cations polyvalents (PVCR) dans le saumon atlantique. Ces PVCR ont été nommés SalmoKCaR n·1, SalmoKCaR n·2, SalmoKCaR n·3, et SalmoKCaR n·4. L'invention concerne des homologues de ceux-ci, des anticorps dirigés contre ceux-ci, et des procédés permettant d'évaluer des molécules d'acides nucléiques et des polypeptides des récepteurs SalmoKCaR.
