Abstract

L'invention concerne un ciment hydraulique à base de phosphate de calcium à usage chirurgical. Ce ciment comprend un premier constituant renfermant des particules en poudre de phosphate d'alpha-tricalcium, un deuxième constituant renfermant du dihydrate de sulfate de calcium, ainsi qu'un troisième constituant contenant de l'eau. En outre, ledit ciment hydraulique présente une teneur en hémihydrate de sulfate de calcium (CSH) inférieure ou égale à 10% de la quantité totale du dihydrate de sulfate de calcium (CSD). Ce ciment présente l'avantage de ne pas comporter de constituant très basique tel que le TTCP, de renfermer une quantité limitée de constituants, de durcir rapidement et d'être facile à mélanger.
