Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif microfluidique comportant une soupape à microbille. Ladite soupape à microbille peut empêcher ou interrompre tout flux au travers du dispositif microfluidique. Ledit dispositif microfluidique peut comporter une couche substrat et un passage microfluidique contenant la soupape à microbille. L'invention concerne également des procédés destinés à manipuler des fluides au moyen du dispositif microfluidique.
