Abstract

Dispositif de serrage pour des éléments de fixation, qui a été inséré dans un os, pour manipuler les fragments d'un os fracturé. Le dispositif comprend un corps creux doté d'une cavité à paroi, une partie de serrage mobile dans la cavité, entre une première position et une deuxième position, et un dispositif de serrage raccordé de façon fonctionnelle à la partie de serrage pour déplacer la partie de serrage entre la première position et la deuxième position. La taille et la configuration du dispositif font en sorte que, lorsque la partie de serrage est en première position, une extrémité libre du ou des éléments de fixation peut être positionnée entre la partie de serrage et la paroi de la cavité. Une fois le ou les éléments de fixation convenablement positionnés dans la cavité, le dispositif de serrage peut être utilisé pour déplacer la partie de serrage dans la cavité, coinçant ainsi le ou les éléments de fixation entre la partie de serrage et la paroi de la cavité. Un fragment d'os peut alors être manipulé par le dispositif.
