Abstract
L'invention concerne un incubateur de perfusion muni d'un ensemble cupules d'incubation. Une pompe péristaltique peut acheminer le milieu d'une source du milieu à l'ensemble cupules d'incubation, par le biais d'un poste de conditionnement du milieu. Chaque ensemble cupules peut présenter une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure, une entrée médiane et une sortie médiane. L'entrée médiane peut être située en un point médian de la cupule, et la sortie médiane est située au-dessus de l'entrée médiane. Un embryon peut loger dans la partie inférieure de la cupule.
