Abstract
Un brûleur de combustible solide dans lequel un combustible est transformé en gaz de gazogène et en résidus de cendre par réaction du combustible avec un fluide de gazéification d'une source alimentée en dessous de la grille et dans lequel le gaz de gazogène continue de brûler dans la chambre de gazéification ou dans un brûleur secondaire pour produire de la chaleur et une source de gaz de combustion chaud. Le brûleur comprend un humidificateur qui utilise une portion du gaz de combustion chaud pour vaporiser l'eau dans une chambre d'évaporation et alimente la vapeur d'eau au fluide de gazéification à la source sous la grille afin de refroidir les cendres et d'empêcher la formation de scories. Un ensemble d'évacuation des cendres de va-et-vient muni de bras parallèles de récupération des cendres montés sur une barre transporte les résidus de cendre qui s'accumulent sur la grille vers un bac de décharge pour empêcher l'accumulation excessive de cendres dans le brûleur.
