Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif analytique composé de matériau(x) poreux permettant la migration d'un liquide. Ce dispositif comprend, dans le sens de migration, une première zone sur laquelle peut être appliqué un échantillon suspecté de contenir une substance à analyser, une deuxième zone incorporant une molécule non immobilisée capable de se lier spécifiquement à cette substance à analyser, ladite molécule étant pourvue d'un marqueur détectable, une troisième zone capable de réduire la vitesse de migration de l'échantillon et de la molécule non immobilisée ainsi qu'une quatrième zone incorporant dans au moins une partie de cette zone à l'état immobilisé le même type de substance que la substance à analyser ou une substance analogue à cette dernière capable de se lier spécifiquement à la molécule non immobilisée.
