Abstract
Cette invention concerne un dispositif de montage (100) à compensation de tolérance comprenant une douille (101) comportant un filetage interne (102) et un filetage externe (104). Cette douille est vissée dans une pièce (P) devant être montée sur une surface. Un boulon (200) est ensuite vissé dans un alésage de la douille à l'aide des filetages internes. Les filetages internes (102) produisent un ajustement serré entre la tige du boulon et les filetages, ce qui empêche temporairement le boulon d'être inséré davantage. On fait ensuite tourner un peu plus le boulon (200), ce qui amène la douille (100) à tourner jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit dévissée de la pièce (P) en direction de la surface de montage, la douille venant alors buter contre la surface de montage, compensant ainsi complètement l'espace de tolérance. Lorsqu'on fait tourner un peu plus le boulon, avec un couple relativement faible, les filetages internes (102) sacrificiels sont arrachés, ce qui permet au boulon d'être complètement serré dans le trou de la surface de montage, permettant ainsi d'assembler simultanément les éléments avec une liaison correctement serrée et de compenser l'espace de tolérance.
