Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de détecter la présence de mycoplasme dans un échantillon pour essai, qui consiste: (i) à prendre un échantillon pour essai; et (ii) à détecter et/ou à mesurer l'activité d'acétate kinase et/ou de carbamate kinase dans ledit échantillon pour essai, l'activité indiquant une contamination par un mycoplasme.
