Abstract
Un système pour placer une pièce en position optimale. Dans un mode de réalisation, un dispositif marque la pièce avant qu'elle passe dans un scanneur qui est relié à un optimiseur afin de déterminer la position optimale de la pièce. L'orientation de la pièce est détectée par une première caméra. La marque peut être utilisée comme point de repère pour faire tourner la pièce jusqu'en position optimale en fonction de l'orientation de la marque. Un mécanisme fait tourner la pièce afin de la placer en position optimale. Pendant que la pièce tourne, une autre caméra détecte l'orientation de la marque. Un processeur compare, en temps réel, l'orientation de la pièce avec la position optimale afin de déterminer si la pièce est bien en position optimale ou non.
