Abstract

Un ensemble de brûleur comporte une tête de brûleur et un déflecteur s'étendant radialement à partir de ce dernier et à travers un tube de fumée afin de soutenir l'ensemble de brûleur. Le déflecteur comporte une pluralité d'ailettes en angle pour rediriger l'air de combustion secondaire circulant dans le boîtier. L'air secondaire est redirigé de manière à l'éloigner du bec du brûleur à la tête de brûleur afin de réduire le soulèvement de la flamme par le déflecteur ou un anneau de basse pression formé autour du bec au-dessus du déflecteur pour créer une zone de basse pression. Une combinaison du déflecteur et de l'anneau de basse pression offrant une flamme stable positionnée au bec dans des conditions de puissance minimale ou maximale d'utilisation est préférable, ce qui permet l'utilisation d'un système d'allumage et de détection de flamme sans veilleuse d'allumage qui est constant dans des conditions de puissance minimale ou maximale d'utilisation. Encore mieux, le déflecteur soutient l'allumeur et, de manière facultative, un tube de retour thermique pour assurer le suivi thermique des composants de l'ensemble de brûleur susceptibles de geler.
