Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de déterminer des données relatives à la phase du cycle cellulaire de cellules comprenant au moins un rapporteur luminescent pouvant émettre un rayonnement, ce(s) rapporteur(s) comprenant un premier rapporteur luminescent pouvant indiquer au moins une phase du cycle cellulaire. Le procédé comporte les étapes consistant à : stocker des données de classification permettant de classer les cellules individuelles dans des phases différentes du cycle cellulaire au moyen d'un procédé de classification automatisé ; recevoir des données d'image produites par la détection du rayonnement émis par le(s) rapporteur(s) luminescent(s) ; analyser les données d'image afin d'identifier dans les données d'image des zones d'objet correspondant à des cellules individuelles ; analyser les données d'image sur la base des zones d'objet identifiées afin de déterminer, pour une cellule sélectionnée, une ou plusieurs mesures incluant la mesure d'un paramètre ayant trait à au moins une composante cytoplasmique de la cellule ; et appliquer les données de classification auxdites mesures pour classer la cellule sélectionnée dans une sous-population sélectionnée d'une pluralité de sous-populations de cellules, chaque sous-population comportant des cellules se trouvant dans une phase différente du cycle cellulaire.
