Abstract

Un dispositif d'attelage de remorque n'exigeant aucune manutention pour engager un goujon de verrouillage dans un trou pratiqué dans la cavité de l'attache et retenu par une goupille d'attelage. Un levier de contrôle tournant, relié au goujon de verrouillage du côté opposé de la cavité de l'attache est orienté dans la position verrouillée ayant pour effet de bloquer le goujon de verrouillage. Pour insérer la goupille dans la cavité de l'attache, la goupille et une tige mobile sortant du goujon creux de verrouillage entrent en contact. Ce contact a pour effet de pousser le bout de la tige mobile à l'extérieur de la cavité qui dégage ainsi le levier de contrôle pour déverrouiller l'attelage. La goupille pousse le goujon de verrouillage hors de la cavité en position pour le ramener au besoin, auquel cas le levier et la goupille reviennent à la position de verrouillage.
