Abstract
Tube en alliage d'acier à faible teneur en carbone et son procédé de fabrication. Ce tube en acier est essentiellement constitué de : environ 0,06 à 0,18 % en poids de carbone; environ 0,5 à 1,5 % en poids de manganèse; environ 0,1 à 0,5 % en poids de silicium; jusqu'à environ 0,015 % en poids de soufre ; jusqu'à environ 0,025 % en poids de phosphore; jusqu'à environ 0,50 % en poids de nickel; environ 0,1 à 1,0 % en poids de chrome; environ 0,1 à 1,0 % en poids de molybdène; environ 0,01 à 0,10 % en poids de vanadium; environ 0,01 à 0,10 % en poids de titane; environ 0,05 à 0,35 % en poids de cuivre; environ 0,010 à environ 0,050 % en poids d'aluminium; jusqu'à environ 0,05 % en poids de niobium ; jusqu'à environ 0,15 % en poids d'éléments résiduels; le solde étant composé de fer et des impuretés inévitables. Cet acier présente une résistance à la traction d'au moins 145 ksi environ, et présente un degré de ductilité à des températures aussi basses que -60 ·C.
