Abstract

Un dispositif pour lintroduction dun implant dans une lumière ou un passage est décrit. Le dispositif comprend un élément souple creux extérieur avec une section allongée qui est inséré dans et diriger au travers la lumière du passage. Limplant est monté dans lextrémité distale de la section allongée. Une chambre de fluide allongée est définie dans lélément extérieur entre les deux soupapes ou joints. Les soupapes ou joints permettent au fluide de sécouler dans une direction prédéterminée pendant le chargement du fluide dans la chambre, mais empêchent le fluide de sortir de la chambre pendant le déploiement de limplant. Une tige est en contact avec lextrémité proximale de la colonne de fluide. Pendant le déploiement, la tige est maintenue dans une position fixe et lélément extérieur est actionné dans une direction proximale. Limplant exerce des forces de compression sur lélément extérieur comme il est actionné de manière proximale. Ces forces sont transmises à la colonne de fluide qui résiste à la distorsion.
