Abstract

Divulgation d'un processus en enceinte unique permettant de préparer un dérivé de prednisolone de la formule I et qui consiste à faire réagir le composé de la formule II avec le composé de la formule III et le composé de la formule IV. Le processus ne nécessite pas la séparation et la purification du composé intermédiaire formé, ce qui permet de réduire le temps de réaction et d'augmenter le rendement du produit par rapport à l'état antérieur de la technique (voir formule II) (voir formule III) (voir formule IV) (voir la formule I).
