Abstract

Un appareil à support de fixation fixe un faux cadre à la structure de traverse intermédiaire du cadre inférieur pour un véhicule automobile qui est formé à partir d'une paire d'éléments tubulaires fabriqués par hydroformage. Les deux éléments tubulaires sont formés avec une paire de dépressions semi-cylindriques pour recevoir un élément de fixation cylindrique à l'intérieur de la structure du cadre. L'une des dépressions semi-cylindriques et la paroi externe correspondante de l'élément tubulaire sont percées pour recevoir le support cylindrique et une plaque de fixation. La dépression semi-cylindrique opposée sert de butée pour situer le support cylindrique le long de la ligne médiane de la structure du cadre. La plaque de fixation couvre toute la structure du cadre et est supportée sur quatre épaisseurs de parois pour offrir une structure de fixation stable aux composants du faux cadre.
