Abstract

Actuellement pour jouer au golf, il est nécessaire d'utiliser un ensemble de 12 à 14 bâtons, que l'on porte dans un grand sac adapté à cet effet. Le but de ce jeu est de rapprocher la balle le plus possible du trou d'arrivée de chaque parcours au nombre de neuf ou dix-huit. On transporte ce sac sur l'épaule grâce à la sangle de transport ou sur un caddie sur roues, ou encore sur une voiturette électrique motorisée ; ces deux dernières options éviteront aux joueurs et joueuses d'avoir une relative déformation de la colonne vertébrale ou autre scoliose pour ceux qui pratiquent ce jeu de façon assidue. D'autre part, je suis conscient que pour accepter l'utilisation du nouveau bâton de golf unique il faudra que les Associations et Fédérations de golf acceptent de changer les règles quant aux conformités des bâtons de golf. Ce changement devrait être considéré comme une évolution ou même une révolution dans la pratique du jeu de golf. La présente invention a pour but de rassembler les capacités spécifiques à chaque bâton de golf en un seul et unique bâton permettant de remplacer tous les bâtons actuellement utilisés pour la pratique de ce jeu. Il est à noter que n'ayant plus à coltiner un gros sac de bâtons, l'élégance de ce jeu se trouvera enrichie par le transport d'unseul bâton, de quelques tees et des balles. Les voiturettes électrique pourront être de plus petites dimensions pour une ou deux personnes. Ainsi la beauté paysagée de la nature se trouvera améliorée avec des chemins moins larges et des engins de transport moins imposants. D'autres innovations viendront augmenter la pratique de ce jeu. A court terme, comme par exemple les relais radio pour les informations visibles en bout de manche du nouveau bâton de golf unique, mais aussi à plus long terme comme par exemple une puce électronique incorporée à la balle permettant encore plus d'informations comme la distance effectuée après la frappe de la balle, l'orientation du coup (devant, derrière, à gauche, à droite), la recherche de la balle dans les taillis et la végétation par système GPS ou équivalent. Ces idées ne sont pas restrictives et ouvrent la voie à beaucoup d'autres innovations.

Claims (5)

1. Un bâton de golf unique et réglable remplaçant tous les autres bâtons servant à
la pratique du jeu de golf.
2. Ce bâton est réglable en longueur par ajustement du manche coulissant dans la poignée moyennant une bague à excentrique pour un blocage ferme, des inscriptions gravées donnent les équivalences avec les bâtons existants.
3. La tête de ce bâton pivote sur un axe pour adapter la longeur telle qu'il est défini dans la revendication A-2, par rapport au sol, un cliquet de blocage à ressort sert à sécuriser le réglage. Des inscriptions gravées donnent les équivalences avec les bâtons existants.
4. La tête de ce bâton est orientable pour ajuster le coup pour une trajectoire plus ou moins haute, un cliquet de blocage à ressort sert à sécuriser le réglage.

5. Ce bâton est usiné en alliage d'aluminium ou en titanium ou en fibre de carbone pour une solidité optimum et suivant les possibbilité du manufacturier.
D'autres matériaux tels que plastique et cuir ou simili entrent aussi dans sa composition.

B. PROCÉDÉ

1. Le poids en tête, différent pour chaque bâtons actuellement utilisés, est réalisé par un transfert de masse du manche vers la tête du bâton. Cette masse est faite de micro-billes d'acier ou par du mercure. La quantité de cette masse est réglée par une bague qui agit sur une bague intérieur souple réglant le passage de cette masse qui est actionnée au moment de la frappe et dû à la force centrifuge, force qui projette les micro-billes ou le mercure en tête du bâton.

2. Le choix de la masse tel qu'il est défini dans la revendication B-1, micro-billes ou mercure, est proposé pour éviter des problèmes pouvant être rencontrés à
l'utilisation du mercure. Ce dernier, le mercure, restant un meilleur choix pour ses qualités de fluidité et de poids par rapport à la quantité nécessaire.

C. ARTICLE

1. Des informations sur le parcours ou sur la frappe effectuée sont lisibles dans une fenêtre à cristaux liquides en bout de manche.

2. Les informations définies dans la revendication C.1 sont données par un circuit électronique et une puce électronique localisé dans le manche du bâton.
Ainsi que par des capteurs localisés sur une plaquette sur la tête du bâton sur la face de frappe. Ces capteurs seront sensibles à la force de la frappe que donne le joueur et permettent de localiser ou on a frappé la balle sur la face de frappe.

3. Les clubs de golf fourniront à leur membres une puce électronique telle qu'il est défini dans la revendication C-2 qui fournira des informations définies dans la revendication C.1, cette puce logée dans un compartiment donnera les informations spécifiques à chaque phase de jeu (trou #1 à #18).

4. La programmation de cette puces telle qu'il est défini dans la revendication C-2 devra être réalisée avec un appareil qui fera l'objet d'un autre brevet d'invention.
Chaque parcours de golf donnera des informations spécifiques.
