Abstract

Ensemble à cartouche pour appareil chirurgical servant à appliquer de façon séquentielle des agrafes chirurgicales à des tissus. L'appareil comprend un actionneur installé de manière à tourner autour d'un axe dans un corps allongé. L'ensemble à cartouche comprend : un logement contenant plusieurs agrafes chirurgicales et fixées de façon amovible à une extrémité distale du corps allongé; une enclume pouvant se déplacer par rapport au logement entre une position ouverte et une position fermée; un ensemble d'actionnement permettant de déplacer progressivement l'enclume de la position ouverte à la position fermée tout en éjectant des agrafes chirurgicales du logement de façon séquentielle de manière à ce qu'elles entrent en prise avec l'enclume; une fausse vis axiale reliée par filetage à l'ensemble d'actionnement pour effectuer la translation de l'ensemble d'actionnement. Une extrémité proximale de la fausse vis est couplée de façon amovible à une extrémité distale de l'actionneur. La rotation de l'actionneur autour d'un axe entraîne la translation longitudinale de l'ensemble d'actionnement.
