Abstract

Appareil de serrage pour tige polie doté d'un corps délimitant une ouverture inférieure pour la tige et un évidement fuselé. Un capuchon délimite une ouverture supérieure pour la tige et un évidement fuselé. Des coussinets de serrage fuselés sont dotés de surfaces extérieures supérieures et inférieures s'inclinant vers l'intérieur à partir de la partie centrale, ainsi que de surfaces intérieures configurées pour s'appuyer sur la tige polie. Les coussinets sont installés dans l'évidement du corps de manière à ce que les surfaces intérieures s'appuient contre la tige polie et que les surfaces extérieures inférieures s'appuient contre les parois de l'évidement du corps. Les coussinets sont amovibles par rapport au corps, mais ne peuvent pas pivoter. Le filetage du capuchon s'appuie sur celui du corps de manière à ce que les surfaces extérieures supérieures des matrices de préhension s'appuient contre les parois de l'évidement fuselé du capuchon. La pression du filetage du capuchon sur celui du corps pousse les coussinets de serrage sur la surface extérieure de la tige polie passant à travers le corps.
