Abstract

Un appareil d'exercice doté d'un support souple peut comprendre un cadre et une base. Un système de manivelle doté de leviers de manivelle est couplé au cadre et supporté par le cadre. Des ensembles de liens pivotants gauche et droit peuvent avoir chacun un élément de mouvement arqué et un élément de support pour le pied. Chaque élément de mouvement arqué peut être couplé au cadre. L'élément de support du pied peut être couplé à l'élément de mouvement arqué. L'élément de mouvement arqué peut être orienté dans une position généralement verticale et l'élément de support de pied peut être orienté dans une position généralement horizontale. Des systèmes de couplage d'élément souples assurent l'accouplement des éléments de support du pied droit et gauche au système de manivelle.
