Abstract
Dispositif utilisé pour former un contour dans une gaine en thermoplastique définissant un passage. Le dispositif comprend une structure de soutien intérieure rigide configurable pour s'insérer longitudinalement dans le passage de la gaine et dont la surface externe s'adapte à la forme de la gaine. Le dispositif comprend un appareil de chauffage positionné pour chauffer une partie de la gaine en formation au moins jusqu'à une température minimale de formation. Le dispositif comprend également un ruban thermorétractable positionné pour être appliqué sur la circonférence de la portion de la gaine en formation. La surface externe de la structure de soutien interne définit le contour du moule, et le ruban thermorétractable est configuré de façon à se contracter radialement vers l'intérieur et épouser le contour du moule afin de former le conduit thermoplastique.
