Abstract
Claims (9)
leurs extrémités de connecteurs (16, 18) ou de dérivations (14), chaque élément conducteur (12) comprenant au moins un câble ou fil électriquement conducteur (20) monté dans une structure tubulaire (22) de protection et de blindage qui comporte une tresse tubulaire interne textile (24) et une tresse métallique intermédiaire (26) de blindage électromagnétique, caractérisé en ce que la structure tubulaire (22) comprend également une gaine externe (28) annelée en polymère, entourant la tresse métallique de blindage (26) et dont au moins une extrémité est fixée sur un embout tubulaire (30) de matière thermo-rétractable, cet embout tubulaire (30) permettant de fixer la gaine externe (28) sur un connecteur (16, 18) ou une dérivation, et servant à serrer et fixer une extrémité de la tresse métallique de blindage (26), par l'intermédiaire d'une virole ou d'un collier métallique (36), sur une pièce métallique tubulaire (32) du connecteur (16, 18) ou de la dérivation (14).
de la gaine extérieure (22) est traitée chimiquement pour pouvoir être fixée par collage sur l'embout (30) de matière thermo-rétractable, par exemple au moyen d'une colle époxy.
en ce que l'embout thermo-rétractable (30) est en élastomère fluoré du type VITON ou en silicone.
en ce que la virole ou le collier (36) de serrage et de fixation de l'extrémité
de la tresse métallique (26) sur la pièce métallique (32) est en acier inoxydable ou en alliage cuivre-nickel.
en ce que la tresse métallique (26) de blindage est en alliage cuivre-nickel.
en ce que la pièce métallique (32) est en titane.
en ce que la tresse interne textile (24) est en fibres aramides.
