Abstract

Une unité DEL modulaire portant un nombre de modules DEL installés séparément sur des dissipateurs thermiques individuels interconnectés préférablement extrudés, chaque dissipateur thermique ayant : une base configurée pour enclencher et maintenir un module DEL en place et, dans les formes préférées, pour faciliter le regroupement dissipateur thermique et modules DEL et une pluralité d'ailettes, y compris des ailettes internes et des ailettes latérales, se projetant de la surface opposée de la base et s'étendant le long de la base, les ailettes latérales ayant des fonctions d'enclenchement pour le regroupement dissipateur thermique et unités modulaires ensemble, et, dans les formes préférées, pour faciliter l'interconnexion de l'unité modulaire DEL aux autres portions d'un dispositif d'éclairage.
