Abstract

Un formulaire de verbalisation constitué d'un formulaire de papier thermique allongé ayant au moins deux sections de formulaire imprimées. Les sections du formulaire comportent des zones imprimées contenant du texte imprimé associé à des informations d'identification du véhicule et une infraction. L'une des sections du formulaire comporte les zones désignées associées à l'identité du propriétaire du véhicule et la réponse à l'infraction de véhicule, notamment une identification d'un coût financier associé à une amende pour l'infraction. La seconde section est détachable de manière à accompagner le paiement de l'amende et contient également un code d'encre magnétique imprimé dans une zone en marge à celle-ci. Un revêtement de vernis transparent UV est disposé sur le code d'encre et au moins une autre partie de la zone en marge pour permettre l'impression d'un autre code d'encre sur le vernis UV par une entité de traitement de paiement.
