Abstract

Un appareil et un procédé permettant de créer une boue à partir de minerai comme du minerai de sables bitumineux. Lappareil comprend une cuve pour contenir la boue et un crible comportant une pluralité douvertures pour dimensionner le minerai arrivant, le crible étant disposé à un angle par rapport à lhorizontale au-dessus de la cuve. Lappareil peut comprendre au moins un dispositif de broyage au-dessus du crible. Dans certains modes de réalisation, un pulvérisateur est configuré pour faire sortir le minerai à proximité du crible à travers les ouvertures.
