Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de séchage (10) comprenant un boîtier (12), une cavité (30) formée dans le boîtier (12) afin de recevoir un objet, un ventilateur (40) disposé dans le boîtier (12) et capable de générer un écoulement d~air, un moteur (39) disposé de manière à entraîner le ventilateur (40). Une ouverture (60, 62), au moins, communique avec le ventilateur (40) et est disposée dans le boîtier (12) de manière à diriger transversalement un écoulement d~air dans la cavité (30). Selon l~invention, l~ensemble moteur (39) et ventilateur crée un écoulement d~air dans la cavité, la pression de l~écoulement d~air émis par l~ouverture étant d~au moins 8 kPa lors de l~utilisation. Dans un mode de réalisation, le moteur possède un rotor qui, lors de l~utilisation, est capable de tourner à une vitesse de rotation d~au moins 80 000 tours par minute. L~écoulement d~air doté d~une grande vitesse et d~une pression élevée généré par le dispositif est capable de sécher un objet efficacement et rapidement. L~invention convient pour un sèche-mains.
