Abstract

La présente invention concerne une solution permettant la conservation, la perfusion et/ou la reperfusion d'un organe, en particulier le cAEur, en vue d'une transplantation. La solution contient un ou des inhibiteurs peptidiques de protéine kinase C ÿ (PKC ÿ). La présente invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation de cette solution, y compris des procédés permettant de conserver un organe en vue d'une transplantation, de protéger un organe ischémique de tout dommage, d'atténuer le dysfonctionnement d'un organe après une ischémie, de maintenir la libération d'oxyde nitrique et/ou d'inhiber la libération de superoxyde dans un organe ischémique et de protéger un organe de tout dommage lors de son isolement du système circulatoire.
