Abstract

L'invention concerne un système (10) de transport et de sas conçu pour introduire un produit en vrac dans un réacteur (14) en retenant les gaz et en empêchant un échange gazeux en cas de faible différence de pression, qui présente une vis d'Archimède (44) sur laquelle des premières volutes (46) et des deuxièmes volutes (48) sont formées. Entre les premières et les deuxièmes volutes (46, 48) est formée une partie (50) sans volute dans laquelle le produit en vrac transporté est compacté. Le compactage fournit un aggloméré de produit en vrac très largement exempt de gaz et pendant le transport du produit en vrac par la vis d'Archimède (44), on forme en continu un aggloméré de produit en vrac dans le système (10) de transport et de sas qui empêche un échange de gaz entre l'introduction du produit et l'extraction du produit hors du système (10) de transport et de sas.
