Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés de fabrication d'aragonite à phase simple par le contrôle d'ions de calcium, notamment à des procédés de fabrication d'aragonite à phase simple dans le procédé de solution par le contrôle du taux d'élution d'ions de calcium dans la suspension d'hydroxyde de calcium par l'ajout de la solution aqueuse de concentration élevée d'hydroxyde de sodium à la suspension d'hydroxyde de calcium et l'ajout de solution aqueuse de carbonate de sodium à ladite solution aqueuse mélangée à un taux constant. Le procédé de fabrication d'aragonite à phase simple selon la présente invention est caractérisé par l'absence quasi totale de calcite étant donné que le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: la fabrication d'une suspension dans laquelle l'hydroxyde de calcium est dispersé dans de l'eau distillée; le contrôle d'ions de calcium dans la suspension d'hydroxyde de calcium par l'ajout de la solution aqueuse d'hydroxyde de sodium à la suspension; et la fourniture de la solution aqueuse de carbonate de sodium à un taux constant tout en agitant la suspension d'hydroxyde de calcium.
