Abstract

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle composition moussante conçue pour l~administration par voie rectale d~agents pharmaceutiquement actifs à action locale. L~invention concerne également le produit destiné à administrer la composition moussante ainsi qu~un procédé pour la préparer. La composition moussante selon l~invention fait preuve d~un taux d~expansion élevé et confère en même temps un aspect optimal à la mousse formée permettant à l~agent actif d~être en contact avec le site cible dans l~intestin pendant une durée suffisante pour obtenir un effet local optimal. Ladite composition offre des qualités supérieures pour le traitement de maladies affectant le rectum.
