La partie arrière présente une encolure haute qui correspond à la courbe naturelle de larrière de la ligne de col et est profilée autour des zones de larrière du bras et de laisselle pour compresser et soutenir de façon uniforme le haut du dos, le bas du dos et les coussinets adipeux auxiliaires postérieurs, sans laisser les lignes de soutien-gorge visible ou de bosses sur la zone de larrière ou des aisselles.
