Abstract

Une machine sert à poser des bandes élastiques sur des objets et comprend au moins deux dispositifs de retenue de bande servant à recevoir la bande élastique du mécanisme d'approvisionnement en bande élastique; à étirer la bande élastique pour fournir une ouverture de bande entourée par la bande élastique servant à accommoder une pluralité d'objets à entourer d'une bande; et à dégager la bande élastique des dispositifs de retenue pour déployer la bande élastique sur la pluralité d'objet; un actionneur couplé aux dispositifs de retenue de bande pour déplacer les dispositifs de retenue de bande d'une première position de réception de la bande élastique à une deuxième position pour dégager la bande élastique; et un mécanisme de bascule comportant des dispositifs de retenue de bande et l'actionneur servant à déplacer les dispositifs de retenue de bande d'une position de réception de bande, où la bande élastique est disposée dans un plan orienté substantiellement horizontalement, à une position de dégagement, où la bande élastique est disposée dans un plan orienté substantiellement verticalement, où, dans la position de dégagement les dispositifs de retenue de bande, l'actionneur et le mécanisme de bascule sont disposés à l'extérieur d'un espace de traitement déterminé en projetant l'ouverture de bande le long d'une ligne droite dans l'ouverture de bande et substantiellement perpendiculairement à celle-ci.
