Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant la fabrication d'un robinet monopièce en plastique et un produit fini y faisant appel. Le procédé comprend principalement deux étapes d'injection. Un première injection pour matières plastiques est utilisée pour mouler une première partie à une partie de raccord du milieu d'un élément de robinet. La première partie est ensuite placée dans un moule pour une deuxième injection pour matières plastiques de façon à mouler une deuxième partie sur deux côtés de l'élément de robinet. La deuxième partie est convenablement enroulée autour de la première partie et liée à cette dernière. Entre-temps, des orifices désirés sont réservés pour servir d'entrées d'eau, de sorties d'eau et de sièges de soupape. Grâce à ce procédé à deux injections, le procédé de moulage en cuivre traditionnel compliqué et coûteux en temps est simplifié, ce qui améliore l'efficacité de la production et la qualité des produits, et diminue les coûts et le rapport de défectuosité. Entre-temps, le poids des produits est aussi diminué, ce qui diminue grandement le coût de transport.
