Abstract

Article de chaussure muni d'une semelle d'usure en caoutchouc, d'un intercalaire lié à la semelle d'usure par un adhésif de polyuréthane (PU), et une tige en polyuréthane liée à l'intercalaire et la semelle d'usure par moulage par injection. L'invention concerne également une méthode de fabrication de l'article de chaussure qui comprend les opérations suivantes : application d'un apprêt sur une partie choisie d'une semelle d'usure en caoutchouc et période de séchage dudit apprêt; application d'une première couche d'adhésif de PU sur la partie apprêtée de la semelle d'usure et séchage de ladite première couche d'adhésif de PU; application d'une seconde couche d'adhésif de PU sur la première couche sèche d'adhésif de PU et séchage de ladite seconde couche d'adhésif de PU; fabrication par formage d'une tige en polyuréthane par moulage par injection; placement de la semelle d'usure et de la tige dans un moule; et moulage par injection d'un intercalaire en polyuréthane et activation de l'adhésif de PU afin de lier la semelle d'usure à l'intercalaire et à la tige, formant ainsi l'article de chaussure.
