Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés permettant de réaliser des contenants à plusieurs parois à partir d'une seule découpe, de préférence en utilisant un processus continu, et concerne également les contenants en résultant. Différents modes de réalisation de l'invention comprennent, seuls ou en combinaison, des panneaux intermédiaires formés à partir de précurseur de rabats qui sont pliés vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur de manière à ce que leurs extrémités distales soient en relation proximale l'une par rapport à l'autre ; des rabats extérieurs dimensionnés pour recouvrir des bords exposés d'un contenant formé à partir de la découpe ; des éléments de réduction des tensions aux angles joints pour y réduire les tensions. Les procédés permettant de réaliser des contenants sélectionnés de l'invention comprennent le pliage et le collage des précurseurs de rabats sur un panneau intérieur, le pliage vers le haut de la combinaison panneau intérieur/panneau intermédiaire autour d'un mandrin, et la continuation du pliage vers le haut du panneau extérieur jusqu'à la réalisation d'un contenant ayant une position <= utilisation >= en tant que position de repos.
