Abstract

Il s'agit d'un ensemble de production et de consommation d'énergie comprenant une source de combustible conçue pour fournir une alimentation en combustible à une certaine pression d'alimentation et d'un assemblage de piles comprenant au moins une pile à combustible. L'assemblage de piles est conçu de façon à recevoir un oxydant, un approvisionnement de combustible provenant de la source de combustible à la pression d'alimentation, et à utiliser au moins une partie du combustible fourni pour produire du courant électrique à une intensité de production correspondant à la charge appliquée. Ledit assemblage comporte en outre un dispositif conçu de façon à être régulé lorsqu'il applique une charge à l'assemblage de piles à combustible, ainsi qu'un système conçu pour détecter une pression associée à l'assemblage, pour déterminer une intensité cible de courant à produire à laquelle ledit assemblage consomme une portion prédéterminée de l'approvisionnement en combustible correspondant à la pression détectée et, enfin, de façon à réguler le fonctionnement de l'assemblage de piles à combustible selon l'intensité de courant voulue.
