Abstract

Un produit en suspension est emballé dans un sac plastique à l'aide d'un appareil <= form-fill-seal >= modifié. Un procédé pour fabriquer un sac plastique rempli d'un poids souhaité de matière en suspension sur une machine <= form-fill-seal >= consiste à tirer unfilm plastique sur un mandrin d'une machine <= form-fill-seal >= et à entourer ce film autour d'une manchette. Un tube de film plastique est formé en soudant les bords du film les uns aux autres et le fond du tube est fermé hermétiquement. Un poids initial est obtenu en pesant le mandrin et le tube de film plastique, puis une composition en suspension est déposée à l'intérieur du tube fermé. Le poids actuel du mandrin, du tube de film plastique et du contenu du tube est contrôlé lors du dépôt de la suspension épaisse et le poids actuel est comparé au poids initial jusqu'à ce qu'un poids souhaité soit atteint. Une fois que le poids souhaité est atteint, le sac rempli est fermé hermétiquement et séparé du tube de film plastique.
