Abstract
L'invention concerne un produit à priser sans tabac humide en blague, sous forme de particules ou compressée pour une prise orale. Le produit à priser comprend des fibres de cacao en une quantité allant de 5 à 100 % en poids du matériau en vrac du produit, et, facultativement, d'autres fibres végétales. Le produit à priser peut contenir des compléments de saveurs de grade alimentaire, tels que des fruits, des baies, des fleurs, des herbes, de l'huile de fruits et des plantes comestibles. De plus, l'invention concerne un procédé permettant de préparer un produit à priser sans tabac humide comprenant des fibres de cacao. Des fibres de cacao sont fournies, et, facultativement, un ou plusieurs autres types de fibres végétales. Le matériau fibreux en vrac est facultativement broyé ou découpé et/ou tamisé, après quoi de l'eau, un ou plusieurs humectants et du NaCl sont ajoutés. Le mélange est chauffé, maintenu chauffé et enfin refroidi. Facultativement, d'autres ingrédients choisis dans le groupe constitué par des sels, des humectants, des colorants et/ou des saveurs sont ajoutés pour donner le produit à priser sans tabac, humide.
