Abstract
Un procédé et une tuyauterie de procédé sont fournis pour la préparation d'un fluide de fracturation hydraulique à friction réduite à un emplacement central qui peut être facilement transporté vers un puits de pétrole ou de gaz dans une formation à un emplacement de puits. Le procédé comprend : la préparation d'un mélange de polymère et d'eau à l'emplacement central par cisaillement du polymère dans l'eau dans un environnement à cisaillement élevé pour créer le fluide de fracturation hydraulique à friction réduite; le pompage du fluide de fracturation hydraulique à friction réduite par le biais d'une série de pompes à l'emplacement de puits; et l'injection du fluide de fractionnement hydraulique dans le puits de pétrole ou de gaz à une pression suffisante pour causer une fracturation de la formation.
