Abstract

Casque comportant une coquille rigide et un revêtement ajustable positionné contre la coquille. Le revêtement comporte plusieurs coussins situés dans la cavité de la coquille. Les coussins sont mobiles par rapport à la surface intérieure de la coquille, entre une première position située près de la surface intérieure de la coquille et une deuxième position située plus loin. Selon certains modes de réalisation, les coussins sont orientés vers leur deuxième position et, lorsque l'utilisateur insère sa tête dans le casque, les coussins se déplacent vers leur première position tout en demeurant orientés contre la tête de l'utilisateur pour aider à faire en sorte que le revêtement s'adapte à la forme de la tête de l'utilisateur. Selon d'autres modes de réalisation, la constriction des coussins fait passer les coussins de leur deuxième position à leur première position, pour la même raison. Il est également possible que les coussins présentent les deux caractéristiques susmentionnées.
