Un procédé et un appareil permettent deffectuer une focalisation isoélectrique capillaire suivie dune mobilisation des zones focalisées par un écoulement hydrodynamique induit ou une mobilisation chimique. Ces deux dimensions de séparation sont intégrées à une détection délectrophorèse sur un canal entier en temps réel et une injection déchantillon automatique pour obtenir une résolution de séparation supérieure à celle pouvant être obtenue à laide dagencements bidimensionnels capillaires orthogonaux connus.
