Abstract

L'invention porte sur un ensemble verrou pour fixer de façon libérable une dent d'excavatrice sur un nez d'une excavatrice. L'ensemble verrou comporte un élément de verrou rigide comportant une partie base et une partie maintien s'étendant à partir de la partie base. La partie base est apte à être disposée dans une cavité de maintien du nez, et la partie maintien est apte à s'étendre au moins partiellement dans une ouverture de maintien de l'élément d'usure. L'ensemble verrou comporte également un élément de verrou élastiquement déformable, apte à être disposé, lors de l'utilisation à l'intérieur de la cavité de maintien du nez de façon à buter contre une face supérieure de l'élément de verrou rigide, de façon à maintenir ainsi captive la partie base de l'élément de verrou rigide dans la cavité de maintien et la partie maintien au moins partiellement à l'intérieur de l'ouverture de maintien, de telle sorte que des parois latérales de la partie maintien de l'élément de verrou rigide portent contre des parois latérales complémentaires de l'ouverture de maintien de l'élément d'usure et que des faces de portée opposées de la partie base de l'élément de verrou rigide s'opposent à des parois latérales respectives de la cavité de maintien du nez de l'excavatrice et s'engagent avec celles-ci, de façon à fixer ainsi de façon libérable l'élément d'usure sur le nez de l'excavatrice.
