Abstract
Un élément chauffant à limitation/contrôle de température est destiné à un appareil de cuisson alimenté à lélectricité comportant une place dotée dune surface chauffante à contact supérieur; une paire de bornes délément chauffant adaptées pour engager de manière amovible les bornes dalimentation électrique de lappareil de cuisson alimenté à lélectricité; une pluralité de fils chauffants résistants, en engagement thermique avec une surface inférieure de la plaque de dessus, comprenant un fil chauffant résistant non cyclique connecté en série aux bornes délément chauffant et un fil chauffant résistant cyclique connecté en série aux bornes délément chauffant par un interrupteur thermostatique en engagement thermique avec une surface inférieure de la plaque de dessus, où linterrupteur thermostatique est normalement fermé lorsquexposé à une température détectée sous une température établie et linterrupteur thermostatique souvre lorsque la température détectée est égale ou supérieure à la température établie.
