Abstract

Une assise plantaire pour chaussure de patin, possédant un quartier et un embout protecteur qui définissent un espace interne destiné à recevoir un pied humain comprenant un talon, une cheville, des côtés médians et latéraux, d'un gros orteil et d'un premier, deuxième et troisième orteil, d'un petit orteil et d'une surface plantaire, l'assise plantaire comprenant : (a) une portion de semelle qui fait face à la surface plantaire du pied, la portion de semelle possédant des côtés médians et latéraux, et une partie avant et arrière; et (b) des parois médianes, avant et latérales qui s'étendent de l'extrémité avant de la semelle, les parois médianes, avant et latérales pouvant être déplacées d'une première position, où les parois médianes, avant et latérales sont généralement sur le même plan que la semelle, à une seconde position, où chacune des parois médianes, avant et latérales définit un angle par rapport à la semelle de sorte que lors de l'application de l'invention, les parois médianes, avant et latérales font face aux orteils et sont situées entre les orteils et l'embout protecteur de la chaussure de patin. Dans une configuration de l'invention, les parois médianes, avant et latérales sont remplacées par une première et une seconde paroi latérale, chacune possédant au moins une zone de flexion qui s'étend dans une direction généralement transversale par rapport à la semelle.
