Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique orale comprenant un médicament et un ou plusieurs excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables dans une forme posologique monolithique, la forme posologique étant configurée de telle manière que lorsqu'elle est fractionnée en plus d'un morceau et lorsqu'au moins un des morceaux est administré à un sujet, la Cmax, l'ASC, et/ou le taux de médicament libéré après l'administration soient sensiblement les mêmes ou inférieurs et le Tmax soit supérieur par rapport à la Cmax, à l'ASC, au taux de médicament libéré, et/ou au Tmax après l'administration de : (1) une composition comparable, sous une forme posologique intacte et renfermant la même de dose de médicament, au ou aux morceaux administrés; (2) une composition médicamenteuse bioéquivalente, sous une forme posologique intacte et renfermant la même de dose de médicament, au ou aux morceaux administrés; et (3) un morceau fractionné d'une composition médicamenteuse bioéquivalente, le morceau fractionné comprenant une dose de médicament égale à la dose du morceau administré de la composition orale. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication et des procédés d'utilisation cette composition.
