Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif orthopédique de support (1) pour une articulation du genou, comprenant une pièce de liaison proximale (2) et une pièce de liaison distale (3) articulées entre elles et respectivement destinées à être associées à un os proximal (100) et à un os distal (101) d'un membre inférieur, reliés par une articulation du genou. Le dispositif comprend une première tige (4a) et une seconde tige (4b) articulées selon des axes d'articulation perpendiculaires à un plan d'excursion médian du dispositif orthopédique (1), à la pièce de liaison proximale (2) et à la pièce de liaison distale (3), de manière à former avec ceux-ci un quadrilatère articulé. Ce quadrilatère articulé est mobile selon un plan parallèle au plan d'excursion entre une configuration correspondant à une position d'extension de l'articulation du genou et des configurations correspondant à différentes flexions de l'articulation du genou, le mouvement relatif imposé aux pièces de liaison proximale et distale (2, 3) par le quadrilatère articulé correspondant au mouvement physiologique de l'articulation du genou.
