Abstract

Un procédé de mesure de la qualité de lexpérience dune transmission multimédia dans un réseau est fourni, le procédé comprenant : lidentification dune transmission multimédia; la détection dun évènement lié à la transmission multimédia indicatrice dune qualité dexpérience (QoE) telle que perçue par un abonné; la mesure dun paramètre concernant lévènement détecté; et la détermination dune mesure de la qualité dexpérience basée sur le paramètre. Un système de mesure pour mesurer la qualité dexpérience dune transmission multimédia comme perçue par les abonnés dans un réseau est fourni, le système ayant : un module de reconnaissance du flux médiatique conçu pour identifier une transmission multimédia; un gestionnaire dévènement de la qualité de lexpérience connecté de manière fonctionnelle au module de reconnaissance du flux médiatique et conçu pour détecter un évènement lié à la transmission multimédia indicative dune qualité de lexpérience telle que perçue par un abonné; un module de mesure de paramètre connecté de manière fonctionnelle au gestionnaire dévènement de la qualité de lexpérience et conçu pour mesurer un paramètre lié à lévènement détecté; et un module de calcul de la qualité de lexpérience connecté de manière fonctionnelle au module de mesure de paramètre et conçu pour déterminer une mesure de la qualité de lexpérience basée sur le paramètre.
