Abstract

Une hotte de cuisine résistant au tirage est présentée pour installation au-dessus d'un comptoir au-dessus duquel se trouve un dispositif de production d'air. La hotte de cuisine comprend une hotte d'extraction d'air qui présente un fond comportant une fente allongée d'extraction d'air qui tire l'air vers le haut. Parallèlement, une rainure de soufflerie d'air est située à l'avant de la fente allongée d'extraction d'air pour souffler l'air vers le bas. Une longue plaque verticale sur la gauche et une longue plaque verticale sur la droite sont présentes sous les surfaces latérales de gauche et de droite de la hotte d'extraction d'air. Ainsi, lorsque la fente allongée d'extraction d'air tire l'air, un flux d'air oblique est produit. Parallèlement, les longues plaques verticales sur la gauche et sur la droite servent à empêcher le tirage provenant des côtés latéraux et protègent ainsi la structure de flux d'air oblique. Par conséquent, un flux d'air intact circulant vers le haut est formé afin d'expulser la suie et les gaz dangereux.
